Return Policy
We at Makeup Mistress understand the importance of Returns & Replacements when it comes to shopping online.
However, in order to evade fraudulent activities, following conditions must be met to be eligible for our Return & Replacement offer:
- Returns & replacements policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrongly delivered (at our fault).
- Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery date. Any claim raised after 24 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted.
- Claimed item (if delivered wrong) must not be opened/used and should stay in its original packaging & condition.
- Replacement will only be issued against claims that are posted back to our warehouse in 7 days of delivery date. Once the return is received and analyzed by Makeup Mistress , replacement will be issued upon successful product condition evaluation.
- In case we request the item to be sent, Return shipping charges shall be paid by the customer.
- The items being returned are customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
- Replacement of same product & shade will be issued, Change of mind or shade or product is not applicable for repalcement.
